PORRS is an AHCCCS Provider Type CH organization in Mesa, Arizona, delivering peer recovery support and community health navigation to the people who most often fall through the cracks — Veterans, Native communities, and those navigating ReEntry.

Veterans

Service members and Veterans facing substance use, mental health challenges, or reintegration barriers. TriWest network applicant.

Native Communities

American Indian and Alaska Native members across reservation and urban communities. AHCCCS AIHP enrolled provider.

Justice-Involved

Individuals in ReEntry, on probation, parole, or in diversion programs working to rebuild and stay free.

Non-clinical services delivered by certified specialists with lived experience — meeting people where the barriers actually are.

Peer Recovery Support

One-on-one peer support from PRSS Certified specialists with lived experience.

Recovery Coaching

Goal setting, accountability, and relapse-prevention planning.

Community Health Outreach

Health navigation, education, and connection to medical and behavioral care.

Health System Navigation

Bridging members to PCPs, behavioral health, MAT, and social services.

ReEntry Navigation

ID, housing, employment, benefits, and treatment linkages after incarceration.

Family & System Navigation

Help understanding AHCCCS, VA, court, and tribal health systems.
